The holidays are approaching and many people are decorating in red and green. At Muscle Bound we don't just decorate with green we strive to "be green" by doing our part for the environment. Did you know at Muscle Bound we strive to be a friend to the earth by:

• Recycling trim off waste and excess paper in bales to streamline recycling efforts. We also sort all stocks and overage waste for maximum recyclability. Together these efforts result in on average of over 150 tons per month of recycled materials.

• Preplanning with customers for jobs that maximize the sheet sizes and minimize overage waste and scrap.

• All of our hardbound books are produced using board that is processed from recycled material.

• Installing energy efficient lighting
  

• Conducting safety and energy audits to maintain a safe work environment and reduce costs through efficiencies. A recent compressed air audit saved thousands of dollars in energy used and cost savings through identifying air leaks and the installation of an energy efficient compressor and air system.

• Recycling aluminum cans, plastics and office papers These are just a few ways we contribute to the earth's greener future.
